The 2015 RESER service conference (held September 10th - 12th) was organised by researchers from Center for Experience and Tourism Research. The conference offered the newest insights from service research, including issues concerning tourism and experiences.
The conference attracted about 130 service researchers from all over the world. More than 100 research papers were presented at the conference. The papers covered the newest insights from service research.
A central issue in many of the presented papers concerned the role of emotional and experiential aspects of service consumption. Other papers focused on innovation in services and on the role and development of tourism
